Our in-house INTEGA testing and service department has many years of experience in the field of non-destructive testing.
All test technicians are "qualified persons” according to BetrSichV (a german industrial safety regulation) for the testing of pressure vessels and are certified by TÜV Süd.
INTEGA Quality management system
The INTEGA quality management system places special emphasis on complying with the highest quality standards and on its meticulous testing. Occupational health & safety, environmental and quality management find their effective framework in our own QM system in accordance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 450001 and DIN EN ISO 14001. Internal audits and monitoring audits, manufacturer qualifications as well as certifications by TÜV-Süd bear testimony to the quality of our work.
Measured and tested
We perform pressure, leakage, humidity, particle and oxygen measurements in corresponding gas or chemical supply systems using the most state-of-the-art and constantly calibrated measuring technology.
At our INTEGA production sites, our experts test various components and systems with the utmost care in-house. We are also happy to come directly to your premises with our specially equipped test vehicles. High-pressure gas tests are possible using transportable compressors up to 1000 bar.

Consulting is a given for us.
Even after the project has been completed, we will be happy to advise you on safety and quality issues. We are happy to perform maintenance and inspection work for you on request. In connection with a concluded maintenance contract, you also have the option of a 24/7 call service. In the event of an acute malfunction, we can also support you with technical emergency measures, depending on the situation - please still follow the relevant emergency protocol and inform emergency services if necessary.
